the bible has arrived
This is the only image I could find, but ladies and gentlemen, this is my new bible. I'm currently reading it cover to cover, as if it were a book, when it is actually a culinary guide to Rio. To me, it's like poetry, but the kind of poetry that makes you drool.
[The brave can try the incendiary sliced file mignon in coconut milk and peanuts with anise curry and cinnamon]
[In Barra, they use traditional recipes and creative dishes that are worth the visit, like the rack of lamb caramelized in plum wine, ginger, and sesame seeds, as well as the duck pancake with shiitakes, shimeji mushrooms, and orange cream sauce."
You get the idea. I'm only up to the pastry section, so excuse me while I get back to reading.

culinary guide eh? fantastic! sounds like my specialty... hehe. :)

Ooh thanks for the tip I will have to pick that up for some new restaurant ideas. As I often say, all we seem to do in Rio is EAT!
